A Hyderbadi speciality.  Pieces of marinated lamb cooked in a tantalising pickle, masala laced with whole green chillies, savour this with lacha paratha.

Kadai Chicken
Kadai cooking is native to the Sind, which was formerly part of the Bombay province.  Bonelesss pieces of chicken are stir fried in the Kadai (similar to the Chinese wok) with chopped onion, tomato, garlic and coriander.
